Your outfits play a huge role in the final outcome of your photos. Ideally, you are wearing something that makes you feel confident and comfortable. I recommend coordinating but not matching. Choosing a color palette and giving each family member a color from the palette is a great way to simplify outfit selection! Don't be afraid to mix in some patterns and texture, and layers are always good. If you need outfit advice or have a question, please don't hesitate to ask!

Would you believe me if I said rainy, overcast days can create some of the most beautiful images?! I know rain can be disappointing when you're excited for your session but sometimes embracing our moody Oregon weather can really work in your favor. Most times we will play it by ear and if weather is looking unsafe or you are not excited about getting a little wet we will reschedule! I understand not all weather conditions are ideal for all families, so if you'd prefer to reschedule I always do my best to be flexible and accommodating.

Typically I deliver previews within 48 hours of our session, and your full gallery within 3 weeks. This is subject to change and I will give you a definitive timeline at the time of our session. If you have any deadlines such as yearbook deadlines, please let me know as soon as possible!

My goal is to create a safe, relaxed space where kids feel seen, respected, and free to be themselves.
